The criminal law of the Commonwealth Caribbean is vibrant and fairly uniform. The Caribbean Criminal Law Digest is a brief report, sometimes with editorial comment, on the decisions of the Caribbean Court of Justice (Appellate Jurisdiction) , the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and all the Courts of Appeal and High Courts of the Caribbean on substantive criminal law, criminal procedure and the law of evidence.
