At the same time, Russian warships visited the Caribbean, Kenyan police landed in Haiti, Haitians sought refuge in Jamaica, Indians arrived on a charter flight that raised local concerns, and the USA may have explored the possibility of a same-sex diplomatic 'appointment in Jamaica.
